| At Mr. Dedrick's direction, the Board of Directors of Central Bank Illinois, shall act as the Board of Managers of The Geneseo Foundation. The board is comprised of eight business leaders throughout the community who review each grant request in accordance with the vision and wishes established in 1961 by Mr. Dedrick. |
